Niel Karrow  简介

Current ResearchHis lab is focused on characterizing the toxicological and epigenetic effects of bacterial and fungal toxins on the ruminant neuroendocrine-immune system during fetal development.  Additionally, He is interested in identifying single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) that contribute to inflammatory disease resistance (i.e. mastitis and Johne's disease); these SNPs may be used as genetic markers in ruminant selective breeding programs to enhance resistance to these diseases.
