Klaus Wimmers 教授

德国莱布尼茨农场动物生物学研究所(FBN)研究所所长、教授、罗斯托克大学教授。1990-1996：柏林工业大学动物生产研究所，research fellow；1996-2003：波恩大学动物科学研究所，Scientific coworker；2004-2016：莱布尼茨农场动物生物学研究所（FBN）基因组生物学研究所所长；自2016年起：莱布尼茨农场动物生物学研究所(FBN)研究所所长，罗斯托克大学农业与环境科学学院“动物育种与遗传学”教授。目前在波恩大学农业学院和罗斯托克大学农业与环境科学学院授课。

主要研究方向为（1）与动物生产适应性和恢复力相关特性的遗传和表达；（2）基因型-表型图谱分子水平上的性状相关变异；（3）对外源性刺激的转录反应和基因型-环境相互作用的表观遗传基础。在国际知名杂志发表学术论文几十篇。Klaus Wimmers教授团队在猪整合组学和eQTL定位方向具有扎实的研究积累，并形成研究特色和优势。Klaus Wimmers教授团队在国际上率先报告了猪的eQTL作图研究，并成功地应用该方法研究了各种不同性状候选基因表达的遗传差异，特别是肌肉相关的候选基因。Klaus Wimmers教授团队参与了国际Functional Annotation of Animal Genomes (FAANG)项目。其本人主持或参加了欧洲及德国的多项重要研究项目。https://www.fbn-dummerstorf.de/en/about-us/staff/mitarbeiter/klaus-wimmers/
